How’s Prescott Valley’s Economy?
I get the same question all the time….how is the economy in the area? Well I’ve decided to write a little tidbit about Prescott Valley’s newest businesses and let you decide. In the last year we had the following businesses open: the Tractor Supply store off of Highway 69 and Truewood (I’ve been there and yes it is cool), Dick’s Sporting Goods off Highway 69 (Much needed), the Dollar Tree off Highway 69 (shopped there), Lonesome Valley Brewing Company on Windsong Dr and Florentine, and one I personally can’t wait to try…….Cork and Cuisine next to Buffalo Wild Wings. I think this is Wonderful for our community and has created many jobs and assisted in securing our local economic stability. Still to come in 2014 is the new Walmart – opening Jan 15th – off of Glassford Hill Dr, Culvers restaurant – end of Jan – off of Hwy 69, Sprouts Farmers Market – May or June – off of Hwy 69. There will be a new multi-tenant building in front of Walmart AND a new Goodwill store in the empty lot between Kmart and Safeway. 2014 is going to be great. I can feel it!
