Have you been by our town’s post office on Goodwin Street?
Directly across from the square, it is a real treat. Tons of history and directly across from the courthouse square, downtown.
Did you know? Although the site for the building was approved in 1913, it wasn’t until 1931 that the Prescott Main Post Office finally opened. Despite the delay, once bid was accepted, there wasn’t any hiccups in the construction and the building was completed on time. The building is on the National Register of Historic places.
